We deliver only original and plagiarism-free content. All ghostwriting projects are verified through trusted plagiarism-checking tools (e.g., Copyscape). Text embedded in images, videos, or non-readable formats will not be scanned. Clients needing additional verification may arrange independent plagiarism checks.
Upon full payment, all rights and ownership of the delivered content transfer to the Client. You may publish, modify, or use the content without the obligation to credit Glanz Publishing Services.
We employ SSL encryption and other security safeguards to protect personal and financial information. Credit-card or payment details are not stored after transactions are completed.
Cookies are used to improve performance, track interactions, and enhance user experience. Any third-party analytics tools operate under confidentiality agreements and may not reuse collected data for unrelated purposes.
We respect copyright laws and avoid unauthorized use of copyrighted images. Royalty-free sources are recommended, or licensed images can be purchased at the client’s expense.

At Glanz Publishing Services, we are committed to maintaining fair, transparent, and professional communication with our clients. If you experience any issue or dissatisfaction with our services, you must contact Glanz Publishing Services directly to initiate a pre-dispute resolution process prior to filing any external claim or chargeback through your bank or payment provider.
Clients are required to submit a written notice describing the nature of the dispute. Upon receipt, Glanz Publishing Services will review the matter, investigate the concern, and make a good-faith effort to reach a resolution within 15 business days. In most instances, matters are resolved promptly through this internal process.
Any chargeback, dispute, or claim initiated with a bank, credit card company, payment processor, or other financial institution without first completing this pre-dispute process may be deemed a breach of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, Glanz Publishing Services reserves the right to suspend ongoing services, withhold deliverables, and recover any administrative or legal costs incurred due to the premature filing.
If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, both parties agree to engage in good-faith mediation before pursuing any formal legal action.
